SECTION 2: ONLINE STORE TERMS

  • By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

  • A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 3: PRODUCTS & SERVICES

  • Print-on-Demand Model: All apparel and accessories on Vitrus are custom-printed upon demand when your order is placed. Because of this, items are manufactured specifically for you.

  • Product Representation: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, designs, and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. Minor variations in print alignment, color output, or fabric texture may occasionally occur.

     

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 4: PRICING & MODIFICATIONS

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

  • We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5: ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS & FULFILLMENT

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they enter the printing/production stage. Once an item has entered production or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

  • Shipping & Delivery: Delivery times are estimates provided by our fulfillment partners. Vitrus is not liable for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistical issues.

SECTION 6: RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our operations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizes ordered, or buyer's remorse. Please consult our sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Approved claims will be handled via a free replacement item (no return of the defective item is required).

SECTION 7: USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK & SUBMISSIONS

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

SECTION 8: GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the local laws of Kerala, without regard to conflict of law principles.
